All About Shipping

 

Where does Paul Garrett Company Ship?

Paul Garrett Company ships to all 50 states in the U.S., but we are also proud to be able to ship Paul Garrett Company internationally.

 

How is shipping priced?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. Orders below $100 (even if you buy multiple items) that are shipped within the United States ship for a flat rate of $8.  We want to make the shipping process as convenient as possible for you.  International orders ship for a flat rate of $25.  Please keep in mind though, that additional duties and fees may apply at customs for international shipping.

 

My package never arrived! Can you help?

If your package never arrived at your door, please contact paulgarrettcompany@gmail.com so we can help get your order to you as soon as possible.  We'll be in touch shortly. 

 

When will I receive my order?

We primarily use the United States Postal Service to ship out orders and use their First-Class Package or Priority Mail Services.  These services typically arrive within 3-5 business days after the date we ship your order.  You will be notified when your order has shipped with an email or text message from our team!  Orders placed after 10AM CST will ship out from our facility the following business day.  Business days are Monday - Friday (with the exception of US Holidays).

 

Can I change the address on my order?

Email paulgarrettcompany@gmail.com as soon as possible for a change in shipping address.  Make sure to include your order number and new shipping address.  If it's not too late, we'll take it from there! 

 

Where can I track my order?

You can track your order at USPS.com and use their tracking feature for specifics on your package's shipping status.

 

All About Returns & Exchanges

 

What is Paul Garrett Company's return policy?

At Paul Garrett Company we offer free shipping on all returns and exchanges within the United States.  We want to make certain that our customers are happy with their gear.  Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt for credit, full refund, or replacement of a different color, size, or another item of equal or lesser value.  The item must be returned unworn, unwashed and in new condition with all original components and tags still intac with receipt of purchase.  All sale items are final and cannot be returned.  To request a return or exchange, please email paulgarrettcompany@gmail.com to begin the Return/Exchange process.  You will need to have your name, order number, item#('s) and shipping zip code ready in order to do so.  You can find your order number on your receipt or order confirmation email.  We'll take it from there and be in contact with you shortly with a prepaid shipping return label! 

How can I make an exchange?

Similar to making a return, just email paulgarrettcompany@gmail.com to begin the exchange process.  You will need to have your name, order number, item#('s) and shipping zip code ready in order to do so.  You can find your order number on your receipt or order confirmation email.  We'll take it from there and be in contact with you shortly with a prepaid shipping return label!

 

What if I don't have a packing slip?

If you want to make a return or exchange and can't find your packing slip, contact us at paulgarrettcompany@gmail.com.  We'll be in touch shortly! 

 

My item was damaged in shipping! How can I return it?

Oh no! We're sorry to hear that your item was damaged in shipping.  To exchange it, please contact us at paulgarrettcompany@gmail.com.  We'll get back to you as soon as possible.  If you want to express a concern with your item, please contact us at paulgarrettcompany@gmail.com

 

All About Product Care & Sizing

 

How do your sizes run?

Paul Garrett Company polos and fishing shirts are true to size.  Each shirt has its individual sizing chart.  Those sizing charts are located within the photos.  In general, we run one inch slimmer and one inch shorter than other leading performance polos and fishing shirts (which in our mind run a little large).

 

How should I care for my gear?

Paul Garrett Company gear is low maintenance!  Just throw it in the wash with like-colors and use cold water.  You can also put your polo or fishing shirts in the dryer - they won't shrink!  Tumble dry on low for best results.  We recommend letting performance hats air-dry to maintain their shape.  

 

I want to place a custom order! How do I go about doing that?

Do you need custom gear?  Look no further.  We've got you covered.  We are now offering group discounts on orders of 20+ units of the same product. Discounts vary by quantity and style.  Contact us at paulgarrettcompany@gmail.com with the information on your group order.  Please include the name of the product you would like, the quantity, and the sizes you need.  All products currently on our website qualify for group discounts 

 

Where are your products made?

Our polos and fishing shirts are manufactured in Vietnam.  We partner with a US hat company who manufacturers some of our hats in the U.S. and some overseas.  We believe our fabrics and the construction of our garments are unmatched across the industry.  We invite you to see for yourself! 

 

Where can I find your sale section?

We currently do not have a sale section on our website.  If there is something that goes on sale, it will be indicated on the individual product page. 

 

Do you have sales?

There is not a specific time of year when we launch a sale, but by subscribing to our email list, you can be the first to know when we release coupon codes discounting our products.  You can subscribe to emails at the bottom of the website's home page.

 

What I want is sold out?  When will it be back in stock?

Be on the lookout and visit the website as we will restock some or most of the items.

Paul Garrett Company gets its name from the middle names of both of the founders.  By having our names on the gear, you'll know it serves as our constant inspiration!

 

 

Do you have brand ambassadors?

We currently are not accepting applications for our ambassador program.  Look out on our social media (Facebook and Instagram) for the next time we open applications.
